From your proposed modifications: be sure that your new level is unique from your other levels, if you are making new art assets yourself those certainly count as modifications but if you are pulling in art from somewhere else be sure to match your reskin if the game to a coherent theme, new background music counts as a significant modification if you are making the new music yourself.
